With a degree in communication design, Friederike Bothe uses her perspective to develop the core ideas in concepts for the hospitality industry. Her strength lies in identifying connections, isolating problem areas, and translating the concepts into an effective visual design. As a holistic designer, she contributes her extensive experience in all areas of communication design and storytelling.

Antje de Vries is a trained chef and holds a degree in nutritional economics. She develops F&B concepts with a focus on culinary identity, signature cuisine development, and plant based cuisine. She works as a lecturer in various areas of hospitality industry education, designs culinary events, writes cookbooks and, as part of PfefferminzGreen e.V., Küchen ohne Grenzen e.V., and Chickpeace e.V. contributes to connecting people and knowledge through food.

Together we are the Culinary Identity Agency.
